- Assist in setting up and updating TrajectifyHub CRM records, including lead details, customer information, tags, pipelines, notes, and basic contact organization.
- Support lead management activities by monitoring inquiries, organizing contact lists, updating lead statuses, and helping ensure that no potential client is left unattended.
- Help build and update basic web pages, landing pages, and sales funnels using company-approved templates, content, forms, buttons, and simple layout adjustments.
- Assist in creating and testing online forms, surveys, booking pages, and automation triggers to support lead capture, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up processes.
- Perform basic website and funnel quality checks, including testing links, buttons, forms, mobile responsiveness, page display, and user flow before publishing or client review.
- Support basic workflow automation setup by helping prepare email/SMS follow-up sequences, internal notifications, pipeline movements, and task reminders under supervision.
- Assist in organizing digital assets and content inside TrajectifyHub, such as templates, media files, campaign materials, contact segments, and reusable business resources.
- Prepare simple reports and data summaries from CRM, funnel, appointment, and campaign activity to help the team track leads, engagement, and basic performance results.
- Document assigned tasks, processes, issues, and updates clearly using company tools, including daily task reports, troubleshooting notes, and simple user guides when needed.
- Practice professional IT standards in all assigned work, including confidentiality, proper handling of client data, ethical system use, teamwork, communication, punctuality, and openness to feedback.
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for system or workflow improvements to help RMP improve digital operations, client handling, lead management, and internal task coordination.
- Learn and help manage the company’s CRM platform, TrajectifyHub, including basic data entry, contact organization, lead tracking, tagging, pipeline updates, and customer record maintenance.
- Support workflow automation setup inside TrajectifyHub, including basic triggers, pipelines, task reminders, follow-up sequences, and internal notifications under team supervision.
- Help monitor and manage leads within the CRM system by ensuring that inquiries are properly tracked, categorized, tagged, assigned, and prepared for follow-up by the sales or marketing team.
- Assist in documenting business requirements and workflows by participating in client or internal meetings, taking notes, organizing process steps, and helping translate business needs into system tasks.
- Support data organization and basic reporting, including maintaining accurate CRM records, checking data completeness, organizing lead lists, and preparing simple performance summaries for team review.
- Assist in testing CRM functions, automations, forms, funnels, and booking workflows to ensure that systems are working properly, user-friendly, and aligned with the intended business process.
- Assist in website, funnel, and landing page updates, including content structuring, layout adjustments, basic front-end improvements, and vibe coding tasks using company-approved tools and templates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and IT teams to improve system efficiency and user experience, especially in areas related to CRM usage, lead flow, client communication, automation, and operational processes.
- Perform other information systems-related tasks that support business optimization, including process documentation, task coordination, basic troubleshooting, system updates, and support for RMP’s digital operations and client projects.
- Assist in developing and updating basic websites, landing pages, and sales funnels using company-approved tools, templates, content blocks, and simple front-end adjustments.
- Support AI-assisted web development using Lovable, including creating basic website or app prototypes, refining layouts, organizing sections, and improving generated outputs under supervision.
- Perform basic front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and beginner-friendly frameworks or libraries such as React, Tailwind, and Vite when required.
- Assist in building responsive web and mobile-friendly interfaces to ensure pages and app screens display properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Help connect website, funnel, and app forms to TrajectifyHub CRM workflows, including lead capture forms, booking pages, contact records, and simple pipeline updates.
- Support basic CRM-related setup for development projects, such as testing forms, checking tags, reviewing lead routing, and confirming that submitted inquiries are properly recorded in TrajectifyHub.
- Assist in basic backend and database-related tasks under supervision, such as organizing data fields, checking Supabase records, testing simple integrations, and validating user-submitted information.
- Conduct testing and quality checks for websites, funnels, forms, automations, and app prototypes, including checking links, buttons, layouts, loading behavior, responsiveness, and user flow.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and document simple technical issues, including layout errors, broken links, form submission problems, CRM connection issues, and basic usability concerns.
- Participate in team coordination, documentation, and project updates, including attending meetings, noting requirements, preparing progress reports, following feedback, and learning current best practices in web, mobile, CRM, and AI-assisted development.
- Assist in basic lead generation activities, including researching potential clients, organizing prospect lists, checking business details, and preparing contact information for sales and marketing use.

- Assist in basic sales coordination tasks, including preparing meeting notes, tracking client concerns, updating follow-up tasks, and helping the team stay organized during client and internal discussions.
- Support reporting and performance tracking, including preparing simple summaries of leads, inquiries, appointments, campaign activity, and CRM updates for team review.
- Practice professional sales and marketing standards, including clear communication, confidentiality, ethical handling of customer data, teamwork, punctuality, openness to feedback, and respect for company branding and client-first service.
- Assist in basic market research, including gathering information about target industries, competitors, customer segments, pricing trends, and market opportunities for RMP, TrajectifyHub, and client projects.
- Support lead and customer data organization in TrajectifyHub, including encoding records, updating contact details, checking lead sources, tagging prospects, and maintaining clean CRM data.
- Help monitor leads and sales pipeline activity, including tracking inquiries, lead status, appointment updates, follow-up progress, and simple conversion movement within the CRM system.
- Prepare basic data summaries and performance reports using CRM, campaign, appointment, and lead information to help the team understand business activity and marketing results.
- Assist in analyzing customer and market behavior, such as identifying common client needs, frequently requested services, response patterns, and possible opportunities for business growth.
- Support campaign and funnel performance tracking, including reviewing basic metrics such as leads generated, form submissions, appointments booked, follow-up activity, and engagement results.
- Help organize prospect and client lists for sales and marketing use, including segmenting contacts by industry, location, service interest, lead quality, or campaign source.
